PRICING

STORAGE

New prices beginning May, 1, 2024:

Pallet pricing : $75/mo per pallet or $20/week per pallet

  • Space leased by 16 square feet at a time (1 pallet)

  • Pallet may not exceed 80 cubic feet (5 feet tall) – most pallets range from 50-70 cubic feet

  • Pallet may not be mixed SKU

  • Prices will increase if product is unmoved in 5+ months and again at 9+ months.

Floor Loaded Carton pricing : we will palletize accordingly and charge per pallet at approx 1-80 cubic feet depending on carton size.

RECEIVING

All carton loads : $2.00 per carton

cartons over 24” in any length will be an additional $1 per carton

*it may take up to 7 business days to get an email that your items have been received, please note that you will be charged accordingly and the email that is sent to you will state when your cartons arrived at our warehouse which is the date when you will start being charged.

*If not being delivered via UPS, please have your delivery service contact us for access to the warehouse or for assistance.

*Please address your products to Nicole Andreini with c/o of YOUR NAME. So we know who it's from. Please make sure SKUs are marked on the outside of the cartons

OUTGOING SHIPMENTS

Shipments to FBA Fulfillment Centers : $3 per carton, shipping labels provided to us

Cartons shipped to customer home : $75 quoting/processing fee + $3 per carton + UPS shipping fees

Outgoing pallets: $25 per pallet + $3 per carton + shipping fees, must be paid in advance

Cartons for pickup: $3/carton

cartons over 24” in any length will be an additional $1 per carton. Shipments go out on Tuesday and/or Friday, but we recommend filling out the “Ship to Amazon/Home” forms 7+ days before they need to ship out.

Additional services

QUALITY CONTROL

Randomly pulled cartons for quality check : $50 flat fee + $1 per item

FNSKU LABELING : $1 per item

Unit Measurements + Weights : $50 Flat Fee

ReboxXing OR OTHER SERVICES : $75 per hour

*turnaround time for any additional services is typically 7-10 business days. If a rush is needed (less than 5 business days) please email us at info@andreiniwarehousing.com and let us know and we will get back to you within 24 business hours to let you know if we can accommodate the rush and what the rush fee will be.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

  • Less than pallets will still be charged a per pallet fee until pallet is empty. A separate pallet is needed for each unique SKU

  • Loads may come LTL, small parcel (UPS or FedEx) or full container loads

  • Lift gate trucks preferred for LTL, but not required (extra fee applicable for non-lift gate trucks)

  • Container loads may come floor loaded or palletized.

  • Outgoing shipments for AMAZON FBA ONLY.

  • FBA shipping plans must be provided to us using warehouse address as "ship from”

  • No pick and pack – cartons received are cartons shipping

OTHER NOTES

  • Customers may choose to carry product or inventory/business liability insurance. If insurance is carried, certificate of insurance must be provided upon entry

  • If no insurance is carried, customer indemnifies Nicole & Adam Andreini (The Mompreneur LLC) of inventory damage while in storage or during shipping

FAQ + Answers

  • Why is the tracking information on my packages not updated yet?

    Once the items are picked up from our warehouse, it can often take 24 hours for UPS to update tracking information. In some unfortunate cases, it can take a few days.

  • How does billing work?

    We are happy to offer Stripe! You can use a credit card, debit card, or bank account as a form of payment. You can be automatically billed every month for your invoice. You are billed around the 1st of the month for storage, receiving, and outgoing shipments of the previous month.
    Payments more than 7 days late will incur a 20% late fee every 7 days until paid in full.

    For freight forwarding shipping, you pay the shipping invoice before our freight forwarder picks it up to ship.

  • I have decided to trash or donate my inventory. Is this a service that you provide?

    Yes, we can help you with this. There is a labor fee (which will vary based on how many products you have), truck rental fee, landfill fee (if trashing), and fuel surcharge. Please contact us for more information on this as costs will vary.
